Benefits of CBD for Theatre Actors

One of the problems with most CBD review websites is that they are biased and one-sided. As mentioned above, these websites are created by the CBD product manufacturers themselves to promote their own sales pitches. Unfortunately, even if this isn't intentional, it's the only way these websites get paid to promote these products. Because of this, you need to be careful when using these reviews as an independent source of information.

Most CFAH expert CBD reviewers, yourself included,…

Surely the weight must be lifted soon

The weight of a cromlech capstone in Newport, Pembrokeshire, feels heavy and monumentally permanent. The sunset at Tresaith glorious and hopeful offering something better soon. If only this stasis would bend and release resetting this temporal freeze.

One can dream while looking to the west at the solstice time.…

Buzz from Brighton

Hello All

I just had a few days taking in Brighton Festival.  Loved the open air shows - a great one where you go around on a bicycle hearing an audio play of anonymous voices.  I could imagine that working really well in Cardiff too.

Happily I…
