So, recently I enjoyed a brilliant trip to Cardiff thanks to the people at National Theatre Wales and Roundhouse.



What it entailed was; eight spoken word performers (myself included), coming together to work on a new piece of poetry to be performed for video, all of which will soon be available on the Roundhouse website…

Well the first two performances of To Kill A Machine have been fantastic - the cast (Rick Yale, Gwydion Rhys, Robert Harper and Francois Pandolfo) are superb under Angharad Lee's direction. John McGrath and the National Theatre of Wales started five years ago at Blackwood Miners Institute with 'A Good Night Out in the Valleys.' Last night at the Merthyr Labour Club they gave me and the rest of the first night audience a GREAT NIGHT OUT IN THE VALLEYS!
