Tomorrow is a lie.

Tomorrow is a lie.

Tomorrow I will start saving.

Tomorrow I will run.

Tomorrow I will start my diet.

Tomorrow I will quit my job.

Tomorrow I will write my book.

Tomorrow I will launch my company.

Tomorrow is a lie you tell yourself to make you feel better about not doing the thing that matters most to you. So is ‘next week’.

And so is ‘next month’,

And then there is ‘one day’.

The ultimate lie.

Thanks for the reminder David Hieatt, Hiut Denim…

The NOW

Here's a quote: Past and future only exist in our mind. The present moment is outside of time, it is eternity.

This quote by Paulo Coelho explains why I love drama. We lose all consciousness of worries and our pestering thoughts subside. Drama allows us to fully live and experience the MOMENT. When do our thoughts ever truly live in the now? I know when I'm acting; I enter a state of really believing in what I am doing and therefore, myself.

Life is not a dress…

Cynnau Tân gan Rhian Staples. Sherman Cymru

Hawdd cynnau tan ar hen aelwyd, medd y dywediad ond yn groes i’r disgwyl nid dyma a geir yn nrama gyntaf Rhian Staples.

Enillodd Cynnau Tân y fedal ddrama yn Eisteddfod Genedlaethol Wrecsam a’r Fro yn 2011, a hawdd gweld pam fod y sgript slic a doniol hon wedi plesio’r beirniaid.

Mae’r ddrama yn symud yn gyflym wrth inni ddilyn Sioned ac Aled sy’n cwrdd am y tro cyntaf ers ugain mlynedd a mwy ar orsaf drenau prysur. Yn groes i’r disgwyl, daw i’r amlwg nad…

Y Bont. Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru.

Roedd awyrgylch trydanol yn llenwi cyntedd Canolfan y Celfyddydau yn Aberystwyth ar brynhawn Sul cyn dechrau perfformiad unigryw Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru o’r Bont. Ac nid yw’n syndod ychwaith ; roedd 500 ohonom yn aros yn eiddgar i’r hyn a ddisgrifiwyd cynt fel perfformiad a fyddai’n ‘plethu theatr byw gyda ffilm, technoleg ddigidol, a chyfryngau cymdeithasol i greu un digwyddiad bythgofiadwy’. * Heb os, roeddem yn aros i fod yn rhan o berfformiad a fyddai’n garreg filltir…

Profiadau Dilynwraig 'Y Bont' gan Theatr Genedlaethol

Nid 'adolygiad' yw hon, mwy fel 'blog profiadau'r dydd' o safbwynt un beirniad ifanc. Felly co ni de.

Rwy'n ymwybodol bod dweud 'Doeddwn i ddim yn gwybod beth i ddisgwyl!' yn bach o cliché, ond mae'n wir. Doeddwn i ddim yn gwybod beth i ddisgwyl, am y rheswm syml, doeddwn i byth wedi cael y brofiad o weld unrhywbeth o'r fath yn y Gymraeg. Hwn yw'r tro cyntaf mae Theatr Cymraeg wedi plethu dyfeisiau modern megis fideo gyda'r elfennau mwy…

Hello again!

Not blogged for a long time, sorry! Well, today I had a fantastic time as we celebrated what NTW has brought to our communities across Wales. I traveled to Cardiff with The Film Team, we all had a great day, full of dancing and eating cake and biscuits.

Since my last blog I got a part in a production of Les Miserables. I will be playing the part of Enjolras, so excited. It would be awesome if NTW could get involved with the production.

At the moment I'm currently making an…
